Return and Warranty Policy


All Skooza electric scooter purchases must be registered within 30 days of purchase by the original purchaser to be eligible for any warranty claims. Please visit https://shop.skooza.com/pages/register to register your skooza electric scooter purchase.

In order to initiate a product return or warranty component replacement, please fill out our RMA form here.

A valid carrier-issued tracking number must be provided to Skooza for any returned product(s) or warranty components.

Returning Product(s) within 30 Days of Purchase:

All bitcoin transactions are final.

Orders are fully refundable at any time prior to shipping. If for some reason you are not totally happy with your new scooter when you get it, send it back within 30 days for a full refund less shipping, inspection and restocking fees.

Returned merchandise must be in original, unused condition.

The returned Product(s) must be received by Skooza within 30 days of the date that we delivered the Product(s).

Skooza is not responsible for recovering the Product(s) from you or any third-parties, including shippers, or any delays caused by you or any third-parties, including shippers, and you acknowledge and agree that if Skooza does not receive the returned Product(s) within 30 days of the date that we delivered the Product(s), you will not be entitled to a refund.

You are solely responsible for any and all shipping & handling charges associated with returning any unwanted Product(s). Upon Skooza receipt of said item(s), a 20% inspection & restocking fee and initial shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

Skooza will not issue a credit until it is in possession of the returned item(s).

Refunds minus shipping, inspection & restocking fees will be issued in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.

Skooza fully inspects and certifies items to be in proper working condition prior to shipment. In the unlikely event an item is non-working upon delivery, Skooza will service or replace the item under our Warranty Policy.

2 Year Limited Warranty Policy:

Skooza warranty covers the frame, parts, electronic components, motor and battery (except as further defined below) against defects in material and workmanship under ordinary consumer use by the original owner for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, as evidenced by the original sales receipt.  

During these warranty periods, the original owner's exclusive remedy and Skooza’s sole obligation will be that Skooza will replace such defective parts once they have been returned to Skooza and determined to be defective from manufacturer error. 

Skooza does not make repairs or installations of replacement components. For repairs, tune ups, and adjustments, please visit your local skooza® authorized dealer, electric bike, motorcycle or golf cart repair shop.  

Except as otherwise expressly stated here, the Skooza is sold “as is”, with no implied warranties whatsoever.

This limited express warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Seller expressly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for any particular use or purpose.

This limited warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, tires, brakes and associated components, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, repair, storage or use of the product.

This warranty shall not apply if the Skooza is modified by any party other than Seller. This warranty only applies to Skooza Electric Scooters sold by Skooza directly.
